The Public Relations Society of the Philippines (PRSP) appointed Grupo Agatep as the official creative agency for the recently concluded 33rd National PR Congress, the country’s premier gathering of public relations, media, and advocacy leaders.
This year’s conference, held last September 17 to 18 at the Solaire Resort North, centered on the theme “Steward the Story: From Clout to Legacy,” and addressed the shift from short-term digital visibility to long-term brand equity. The program focused on how modern communication practitioners can anchor truth, manage real-time response, and build enduring reputation in a fast-moving media environment.
In its capacity as creative partner, Grupo Agatep led the visual branding and creative strategy for the congress, ensuring the visual identity of the event reflected its core focus on credibility and institutional trust.
“It is a privilege to partner with PRSP on an initiative that directly speaks to the core responsibility of our practice today,” said Norman Agatep, APR, Chairman and CEO of Grupo Agatep. “At a time when attention is easily bought but trust is hard to maintain, events like the PR Congress help remind the industry that real impact is built on legacy, not fleeting clout.”
Separately, Agatep also took part in two panels during the congress. He also formally announced the opening of the 62nd Anvil Awards as concurrent Vice President for Internal Affairs of PRSP and the Chairman of this year’s Anvils.
